Our online processing system accepts orders that are either manually entered by our staff or electronically received via electronic data transfer or this Web site. When an order enters the system, it automatically processes and tracks posting and publishing orders and establishes a set schedule for each file's completion. As each order reaches its process milestones, the system automatically sends notification emails or e-Faxes to customers, keeping them up to date.

In addition to automated electronic notices, customers are provided password-protected access to their own customer account Web page. This page presents the status of all of open and completed orders in a searchable report format.
